Changing member signature?

How do I change my member signature? I can"t seem to find a past thread or figure it out. My Bad! LOL

User Control Panel options are located in the top right of your screen. Click setting as you wish to change settings. In the left navigation bar, select signature under my settings.

I still don't see that in the upper right of the screen. I have settings and logout. Can you give me any additional help. Thanks Ted

Click setting then edit signature

I told you to click settings and you tell me you don't see this - only have settings and log out. Click SETTINGS

Thanks to all, I finally got it. Wanted to add my proud membership in the West Floida Model Boat Club. We are having a swap meet tomorrow inspire of the weather. Thanks again to all fellow OSE members!
