i finally got the videos of the challanger on the comp. check them out, their short but you get a apreciation for the speed.

the rudder is bent is why it's so unstable i think

Ok my first question is how did the rudder get bent? Next would be where are the packs located. From what I can see in the clips the boat looks to be running really loose. Try moving the packs foward and going down a degree or 2 on the strut. What HW are you running? It is a fast boat man

i don't know how it got bent but theres about a six degree bend in it. the strut is running fully trimmed down and the three packs are equally distribute over the middle of the boat.

First take the bend out of that rudder...lol Then move the packs up an inch @ a time untill the boat settles down. You will know when it right because it will be drivable .

SJFE, hit the nail way too loose. If you plan on running in any chop or with other boats...over she goes. Take his suggestions and and show pics of your hardware and interior setup what is your CG?
