    36 delta force cat

    Hi looking to buy a 36 delta force cat not sure what to use for motor and speed control like to go around 60 or so for speed plan on using 6s 5000 35c any helpful info would be great thanks

          It will put him past 60mph easily, just not reliably. This is boating, not land vehicles. Nothing is similar between the two. You suggested a 4s motor not a 6s.
          Heres a reliable 6s set up:
          Leopard 4082 1550-1600kv
          Seaking 180 esc.
          Octura X445
          .187 flex cable
          External BEC
          Minimum of 5.5mm bullets on everything.

            Listen to Larry he's got it spot on. Just because it's big and has a high kv does not make it the right motor

              2200kv and 6s would be volatile. You'd definitely cook something. Wouldn't go above 1600kv at 6s.

                  twin : 4074 or 4082
                  single : 4082 or 4092
                  6s bellow 1800kv and 4s around 2000kv.
