best upgrade package for NQD 757T-4017 lobster

Hi folks,

Picked up a functioning NQD 757T-4017 lobster at a garage sale for $10, now want to give 'er a little more umph. Guys at the pond suggested a 300 brushless with a compatible ESC and a 3s battery.

Anybody done up one of these models before? And even if not, I'm having trouble identifying a right matching set of parts, as I can't tell from the specs what ESC goes with what motor. Any help would be, ehrm, helpful ;-)

I converted one of these eco-nomical riggers and it's a blast. I 'stretched' it by moving the sponson booms forward about 2 inches to make room for a larger lipo. Use the hardware for any microhydro (Tenshock, Small Bolt, etc.). I use a 28mm 3600kv inrunner, 60A Seaking esc on 3S.

Edit: I guess those are more appropriately called mini hydro's, not microhydro.
