One or Two Rudders for the MMP Rapid?

That is the question, I don' t want to use turn fins, the hull is 39" long. If rudders are too long I can easy make them shorter. What do you think?

Not too sure, but i noticed that in the video from MMP, they run an Inline rudder, and it looks like no turn fins , and no stabilizers either

Ladislav from MMProducts sent me an e-mail :

      Hello Alain,
Your components looks very well ... www.mini-meca-rc.fr ? ... :-D. Trim flaps are not needed , important is the centre of gravity (trim flaps decreases speed). We use one rudder in the centre but our friend uses two rudders and driving characteristic is very good so. I recommend back plate on the stern - like as photos 10, 11 (higher collision durability).
You can find some inspire photos in the attachment.

      Best Regards,

      Ladislav

          Hi iamandrew,
Yes, This is the one, quality is very good, the best I never seen. Just one thing is to adjust the height of the hatch but this is normal for me

What is exactly the advantage of twin rudder setup? Less effect motor torque? Better stability when offshore turns?
I like the idea and the twin rudder look
