Sorry, #11 That is on for standard motors.
Not sure on that KD motor.
8KHz and you should be safe and see how it runs,
You could move up but your temps may go up to.
Just check temp at short runs, Like 1 to 3 minutes.

brake doesn't matter that much, set it to off
3= low/middle, play with it or let someone who has run the motor chime in
4=hard cut off, if you lipo hits low voltage, the motor will stop completely (you will be able to un it again don't worry)
5=again not a big issue, soft will accelerate the motor slowly, medium will accelerate it more aggresively and so on for hard
6=8khz, anything else will just create more heat (quoting Ben)

I don't really know exactly what it is but heres my educated guess
the motor is spinning fast enough that if the coil right above the magnet strikes it won't be very efficient(also dependant on number of poles), but if you set the timing to say 10*, the coil 10* in front of the magnet will strike to get better efficiency
again i am not sure this is just a theory

OK I programed it once and hooked it up it ,beeped really fast only two beeps ,one beep small, and then loud
and than I pulled the trigger and nothing
So I started all over and the samething
So I programed again than moved back to the boat and the same two beep's and nothing
                      Some one got any Idea's

Did you calibrate the throttle range of the transmitter when you first used the controller ?

I took the rx and tx and put it in the df33 just to make sure it work, and it did
Than i put it back in the spartan, and plugged the batts in and two beeps, than I moved the throttle range and nothing,so I flipped the buttin that has /r/and/t/ the motor moved and diden't stop so I pulled thrigger and moved the throttle range up and down, the motor would not stop, but did go up and down when I pulled the trigger,so I unplugged

Yes, When I first got mine the thing went nuts to,
I had to read the manuals alot of times and you have to be quick with the throttle calibration.
The S F is a pain in the ass at first, But it gets easier with time.
I was using a tactic tx & rx with mine and think I had to move the switches to.
