Hex screw size and spacer?? on stinger

While running my boat today I had a Hex screw come loose taking the spacer?? with it.
Anyone know the size of these? M4 maybe?? Here's a pic

Its the hex screws that tighten and loosen to allow you to adjust the stinger angle.
