how far out prop should stick out 22"deep vee

hi am building a 22"deepvee wiyh left over parts .need to know how far out rear to run stuffung tube.will be using trinty 19 turn mtr .rc hydros esc 7.2 pack.flex drive cable of 1.50 size .already had.using machened strut support at rear of boat.just dont know how far out to extened stuffing tube .mtr sits about 2 1/2 "from transom.also any carbon fiber prop size recomendations .thank you

Rule of thumb is 10% of hull length to front face of prop, so 2.25 inches.
