would this outrunner be any good for an Apparition/River Cat?

Its Leopard 500 size 1450kv to run on 6S or possibly the 1800kv version on 4S, I am not looking at SAW records just a good sport setup and trying to get price down as its a second boat to run.

The outrunners that Ben (fightercat) sales are suppo outrunners. They are rather beastly and at a amzing price. I ran 2 of the 3126 outrunners (http://fightercatracing.com/index.ph...emart&Itemid=1) in a apparation on 6s.... Sounded, and ran amazing (in the straights, twin app is a dog in the turns)! I was very pleased, also Ben is a great guy to do business with.

I think the 3740 1800kv would def rock like mentioned above, but I would run 4s/5s. 6s is getting very high on the unloaded rpms... To much for my blood.

I've dealt with Ben before and the 3736 was my first choice it's a shame shipping from the US is soo expensive which is why really I need one I can source in the uk or hong kong/ china as the shipping costs are much lower plus I get stung every time on import tax 20% every time from US whereas I usually get away with stuff from the far east.

Any 540XL 1500kV is good.
Outrunner motors have more torque so with a single motor setup choose an inrunner
