    Been gone a while......I'm back!

Hey guys, I have been busy with work and out of the hobby for a while. I still have my boats, in fact I bought a new full scale boat. As many of you might remember I built a replica of my full scale 30 foot Scarab Sport.

Well now I think I might want to build one to replicate my new boat. Problem is going to be that transom design.

Pictures from the day I picked it up in Key West.

Any new hull builders that might have something close to this?

Beautiful boat. How long is this hull? Lots of good deals out there.

This boat is just over 36 feet in length not including the engines. Actually I found a hull, they have been around for a while and it is actually nearly identical to the Marlin 350. It is a model of the Marlago 35 which is pretty much the same boat, there are only a few subtle differences.

I have already ordered the hull. It wasn't cheap and will take a couple of months to get. I ordered it as a bare hull so I can do the detail work myself. The size of the model hull is 35" long and a 9" bean which is the perfect ratio. The model engines are 7.5" tall which is the same size of the Aquacraft EP1 outboards.
