    TP Power 4082 Motor Any Good???

    TP Power 4082 Brushless Motor

    Just saw this on Kershaw Designs. Looks a quality motor. Dan rates them highly.

    My understanding is they are a refined version of the leopard motor, certainly very similar side by side. I have some 1160kv versions here and some 1610's coming which I'll review in the next few months. Ben at fightercat also sells them.

        A good source of mine tells me the HK versions of the TP motors have lower quality bearings and magnets. Time will tell, I have 2 TP motors here and 2x HK on the way in 780kv 5692, so can compare between the 2.

          I was just contacted by them to be a dealer. I am working on getting a sample order right now. I am impressed by the looks, just have to see what's inside. I also like the hardwire stator ends sticking outside the can. I have been very disappointed with recent batches of soft wire Neu motors as of late, so we will see. Mike, www.ml-boatworks.com

                I have some tp 2180kv 4082 motors if anyone's interested. I was going to sell the tp line, but decided against it for now.
