Recently epoxied in my servo mount and after two days it's still sticky, two of the mounting points have gone off but two are sticky to touch? But not soft, I used Devcon 2 tonne which comes in a syringe which dispenses resin and hardener equally and I mixed well, anything I can do or should I just leave it?
Epoxy still sticky?

I've had stuff that felt a little sticky for up to a week. If you don't mix it 100% accurately, that's what happens. Best bet is to leave it out and don't mess with it. It'll harden eventually (if your mixtures weren't horribly off). -

Gimp is right. Because it did harden up, leave it alone & it will fix itself with time. I patched my Miss GEICO with a 2 part West System epoxy & it took a week to cure completely. There are 3 things that go wrong with epoxy. 1. Not mixing in enough hardener. 2. Not mixing epoxy/catalyst long enough before applying it. 3. The catalyst grows less chemicaly active over time. The epoxy itself will last a very long time, just replace the catalyst if you've done everything else right and still have hardening/stickiness issues. JIMJIM MARCUM: NAMBA 777; EX? Cheers guys, its now in the house so I will wait and see I just had visions of having to somehow remove it and start again which would have been a nightmare! It does seem to be hardening up more and more each dayComment
