    Graupner GTX Outboard

Would this be to much motor for the ABS Dumas 3.5 24" sprint tunnel? Also, would a 700SC be a direct bolt in as opposed to the 800 that comes with it if one wanted to swap motors?

I think he means the gtx800, a 700 motor is not a direct replacement.

4speed You will need a motor plate adaptor. Hopf makes 700 to 800 motor adaptor that "may" work.

Is this to much motor for this hull? It only has room fo 1 battery pack so the voltage will either be 7.2 or 8.4.

IMHO... No It's not to much motor but, 7.2 might not be enough voltage to get higher speeds.

I agree that's not enough voltage. You will need @ least 12 cells. On top of that the gtx800 may be to heavy for that hull. I think your best option is brushless with the aquacraft outboard. You will just need gears every so offen.
