      More info from CMD

The blades off the CNC will be as if it were sharpened & balanced, also
there is no variation in the pitch from blade to blade as is common in cast props. The precision is exact. You could probably shave with it.

Don't drool to much, you might slip and hit your head when you see the price? Again I don't have even a clue of pricing, but making a prop on a cnc isnt going to be cheap, it takes lots of time to mill something like that.

I'm sure... Also going to make one want to make SURE their drivelines are sound before bolting one of those on... Broken shafts will be a LITTLE more expensive!

                            your right steven,
I just recieved my machine today, already loaded up the software an tried it out using one of the "preinstalled" gent blank, took almost 3.5 hours from squareing up the block to pulling off mill. An that was just a signet style flat top in wax!
                            heres a little taste

                              Grade 1
                              ksi/MPa
                              Ultimate Strength 35/240
                              Yield Strength 25/170
                              Elongation 24%
