My T-180 only goes 1/2 throttle now....any help?

      Rum, I have always run Turnigy 5000mah 20C packs in 2P configuration to keep power demand on hand. 200A in anything I have has never lacked in performance, for my use. Even when I run a "hot" setup they barely get warm. In close to a year now of FE boating I have yet to lose one to over drawing them. But, if you would like to donate to my "get better LiPos fund" I will gladly accept! I could go for some Thunder Power batteries on your dime

        I know this is an older post but I have had this problem also. The posts above seem like alot of things to try when the problem may be very simple. I didn't see anywhere if you tried another motor. The reason I say this is because the boat was running fine and then you started to have this problem. I found that when a motor starts to go bad it will not run at max throttle anymore and has nothing to do with the speed controller. This has happened to me several time. You would think it's the ESC but it's the motor. Just my 2 cents.
