Water Cooling through ESC or Motor first?

I remember seeing a member ask the same question a few weeks ago but can't find thread. I am using a Seaking 180A esc and a 2200KV CC 1515 motor. I believe the main priority is the ESC but please confirm. I may twin up the cooling at a later date.
    Thanks

Very little heat will be removed from the ESC with most water cooling plumbing. Plumbing through the motor - and the fact that much more heat is generated in the motor - will remove much more heat for the same volume of water through the plumbing. Cooling will be most effective if the water entering the ESC is as cold as possible, that is why we normally send water through the ESC first. Separate lines for ESC and motor are seldom effective since the water coming out of the ESC is not heated enough to materially effect cooling of the motor. KISS.

You would have to fabricate that one. How are the other temps? I would reconsider your setup if the caps are getting that hot. Cap temps mostly rise that much if you have a "hot" set up. On the other hand, I would start a thread instead of asking here. You will get more responses that way.

Thanks guys, def all the detail from Fluid! I have just put my CC1515 in my DF Cyberstorm. Got a water jacket off Fightercat, he got it anodized by accident(there's a story behind this) so its a black motor(erevo) with a black jacket.DSC_1223.jpg
