anyone build fightercat cheetah 34" yet?

Can you take a side by side pic against the genesis I want to see how much wider and taller it is, can't wait to build one of these myself have you thought about specs?

Kevlar lining from the factory? Nice to see someone doing this.

He we go, this is a 4074 Leopard looking lost ,you could fit motors in as big as you want plenty of room
the kevlar has been linned when the hull was in two halves, so the complete bottom side of hull all the way up the sponsons is kevlar
and nicely done too.

the 78mm mono stingers supplied look to big to fit the transoms so at a standstill now with twin setup, might go for a single setup instead

I think this hull might be too big for "P". Has anyone layed a tape measure on it? Has to be exactly 34 in or under.

Mines just over 34" on the tape by 5mm

I guess in local club racing one could possibly run in "P" with the approval of others but according to NAMBA the hull is too long. they will have to run in Q against the 37 in Sprintcats - Good luck.. I dont understand why Ben didnt "Design" the boat with racing classes in mind. Just .5 inch shorter you've got a hull that could possibly dominate the open "p" class.

Man the overhead view next to that "Genesis" type hull the beam make it looks gigantic. Oh yeah how much does it weigh empty. There is no weight data on the fightercat website.

It would be pretty easy to make it legal. That things gonna need a 1527 with 6s anyhow. Bottom is looking identical to the SC .40.

Its an apparition, which incidentally is wider than a genesis so the Cheetah is going to look even broader when up against a genesis! Sam i think twin 3126's are going to be too small having seen these pics, maybe you should get another 3740 and run twins, your 1800kv should work well on a 5S.

Did it come with the stingers or did you order then seperately? i need some stingers for my Apparition but guess if they dont fit the Cheetah they wont fit an APP.
