ESC selection, HELP!!!

Hi guys,
I want to buy a new esc for my surge crusher boat. Iam between 1. http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...oat%5FESC.html

First i thought to buy the hobbyking 200A esc, but with a ubec it would cost me about the same money with these i mentioned before and i think that both are much better from the HK's one.
Please help me which one is better and why the firtst one or second one?

The motor is the stock. 2000kv. Prop also stock. Iam plannig to play with 4s and 5s lipo.

x2, can't go wrong with a T180. Plus, with OSE you'll get it in 3 days instead of 3 weeks (if you're lucky).
