I need your Opinion on Speedmaster21 E-conversion

Good day Fellow boaters!

I need your professional opinion on my current project. I'm building a E-Speedmaster.

Here's what I have on hand:

Hull: Speedmaster 29ins.

ESC: Turnigy 180A with external BEC

Motor: Keda 3674 1900kv

Batt: Zippy 5000mah 45C 6S

Prop: X440/3, X437/3, Grimracer 3 blade prop.

servo: Traxxas 2075

radio; DX3S

Hardware: generic Chinese made hardware.

Please throw in your opinion if this set-up will work or if there's a mismatch on the equipment that I have. Any response will be highly appreciated! Thank you!

I think you will need a lower KV motor

IMO go with the leopard 3674 1400kv on 6S. (or the Keda equivalent)

also it would be a good idea to get hold of 2each 3S packs and set them up in series to get the 6S and it will also
be alot easier to shift the 2 packs around for balancing purposes.

Agreed the motor choice you have is not a 6s motor, and like mention fitting 1 large 6s pack into a 29" hull is gonna be rather difficult and make moving the packs around difficult. Either lower voltage or a lower kv motor is in order.

Thanks guys for your input on this! I really appreciate everything. So, for the meantime, I'll use a couple of 2S1P 5000mah lipo packs for easier fit. While I'll look for a new motor with your recommended kv rating. whenever I get one, I'll split my 6S pack to make it a saddle pack. I've seen several motors for sale here at ose but it's kinda difficult to convince sellers to ship to my location. I'm from The Philippines.

I'll post pics of the interior. Not sure yet how will I arrange the internal components. Thanks again guys!
