I have had a Genesis and have two PB Geico/ Mystic hulls, one standard, one twin. A guy in the club has the Motely crew. It is a nice boat. I thought for sure after watching production vids that the MC would stomp the MG, but it hasnt happened yet. Infact, it hasnt finished a race right side up yet. Operator set up errors? Could be, but it sure does seem trim and fit running by itself. Of the three, I like the look of the Genesis and the PB Mystic. Are your plans to race, modify etc, because that may persuade you one to the other as well.

All three are good boats and you will be happy with any of them.

    And welcome to the forums.

I have a MG and a Mystic (haven't run the Mystic yet), I also have mannnny RC cars and trucks, the PB MG is one of the best stock kits I have ever seen, I am not a racer, I love it and it is a blast, handling is pretty amazing, also came from a Blackjack and although it was fast it is night and day in handling with the MG. Buy one you will not regret it!

I have/had all 3. The genesis was ok, but the steering bothered me. I seemd to roll it over a lot. Mostly setup error on my part though. The MG was the most impressive rtr boat I ever had. I think it was awesome. I am really digging the MC though. It runs very well. Not sure on the racing thing like Tig mentioned (I never race, but trust him on that aspect of the boat), the MG quality in my opinon seems better and more solid, add one of Tig's hatches for it and that eliminates the weekest part of the MG/Mystic. I like the looks of the Mystic and of the Genesis though. For what it's worth the MC looks better in person then in the pics (I personally though it was ugly in the photos), but looks real nice in person. I like the AQ motor/esc combo better then the PB offereing , but I like the pB1500 MG motor (same in the blackjack), better then the PB1800 mystic motor. I just love the amount of torque that 1500 puts out. You need build a Genesis with your own motor/esc the stock HK package is junk. IMHO the MC, MG or Mystic you can't really go wrong with!

Is the proboat mystic 29 Hull the same as proboat miss geico hull how is the stability on these hulls around 60mph I live on the river were its 14ft deep and reel calm so speed gets to be an addiction and my black jack gets real choppy over 50 and roll over sucks when it's 50 yards away

Yes the hulls are the same. Motor/esc and hardware vary between boats. Any rtr (and hull for that matter) have a speed limit, some twin mg are running in the 60s though. Not sure on handling. Crashes at that speed do cause damage though. 40/50mph range would be best.

Depends on your water conditions. If there is a lot of chop then a v hull would serve better as they handle rougher water best out of all the hull designs. The Impulse 31 and Mystic share the same motor/esc.

If speed is your goal then the Motley Crew is not the boat for you, not strong enough. It's fine for stock power but once you start pushing it the hull will break when it hits the water in a flip.
When I first got mine I tried to push it, now looks like a beat up war horse from the repairs, it's back on stock power and I have a great time running it against other boats powered about the same.
It's a shame because the boat did handle the speeds of a big motor just fine, every time it would flip or submarine I was doing a hull repair of some kind though.
I'm more interested in heat racing than straight line speed so I'm not really much help in terms of a hull suggestion, just know the Motley Crew did not like crashing at the speeds I was hitting with a full P (4s) race setup.
If my boats upside down then who owns the one I thought I was driving the last two laps?
