    Suppo (Genesis) ESC problems

    Hi Lads

I had a brand new 125a Suppo ESC sitting around from a Genesis boat and thought I would program it for a friend that needed to borrow one until his new one comes in. Every time I set all the limits and then unplug the battery to save the settings, the motor runs in the neutral position and stops in the full reverse. If I reverse the throttle on the transmitter it does the opposite and runs full in neutral and stops in full forward. Has anyone ever encountered this problem before or have any advice.

    Thanks in advance !

If your using a stick tx are you pulling the stick to the fully down position before unplugging as this confirms it into the esc. If your using a trigger rx you move trigger to full brake position to confirm & then unplug before releasing the trigger back to mid position

I am using a trigger and doing exactly as you say after setting the mode. Then I hook the battery back up and nothing. Then I apply either full brake or full throttle and the motor beeps and then revs full speed in the nuetral trigger position and stops in full forward brake.

Hi all... the ESC has 6 options rather than the 5 programing options that Suppo supplies on their website. I will post a link to the 6 settings for those having the same problems as I had:
