    sink? You mean arm or what? Kinda confused on that one. I know on the Tactic the throttle trim should be fully clockwise (at least on mine it needs to be) then you hold the trigger full throttle while connecting the batteries to the esc after the beeps let go of the trigger to neutral it should beep again (motor better). You only need to do that the first time.

    On the Spektrum if you have a digital radio the throttle trim should be at 0

      Try to disconnect Bec wire from esc and use a RX pack to bind. after bound, you can use bec agaun if you want.

          From the 120 instructions, no idea if it is the same for others I've only used the 120, you didn't specify what esc.

          B. Pistol style transmitter calibration
          - Correctly connect the ESC with brushless motor, plug the receiver lead of ESC into receiver ( usually into
          Channel 2);
          - Put the throttle to the forward full position, turn on the transmitter;
          - Power on the ESC, there are 3 beeps emitted from the motor, which indicates all electronics are correctly
          power on for the setting.
          - Then there are 4 long beeps emitted from the motor ♪ ♪ ♪ ♪ .
          - During or after the 4 long beeps , move the throttle to the neutral position. Two beeps emitting out
          indicates calibrating is completed.
          - Following two beeps are powering beeps, it is time to go now!

          You only need to do this once, unless you change to a different radio. On power up I get a couple beeps and it's good to go.
          Remember to set up the fail safe on the RX when you bind it for the Spektrum, no idea about the other radio.
          If my boats upside down then who owns the one I thought I was driving the last two laps?
