          I'd try an x442 on 6s.

is that the right motor for this boat on 6S? i was hoping for 60 out of this thing. not sure what to do to get there without upgrading ESC to 240a

I dont think you will hit 60 with a 4074. The x442 should let it rev out and get you low 50's...............a 4082 1500kv turning a prop in the 47-50mm range should get you real close to 60.

How can I tell the millimeter from Octura prop names? Is X445 44.5mm?

well, i'm thinking now that if i go up in motor i may as well go up in ESC and try to run high 60's low 70's. what will that take?

What lipo cell count would i need to run in the 70's? and should i run in series or parallel b/c that determines how much the boat will weigh. right now i've got two 5S packs in the boat and it's pretty dang heavy that could be part of my problem on the speeds.

To run 9S do I combine a 5S and 4S in series? The boat will hold two 5S and 2 4S at same time for 9S in parrallel but would weigh about 10 pounds!

                              3.7V x 10 cells x 1500kv is 55,500 RPM!!! That seems like too much???

seems like on 10S i'd want to go down to about a 1,200KV?
