little help with df or prince 25 please

ok so I was rocketting this little thing across the water today and had a little crash that almost ripped the rudder right off at the hull ie: the fiberglas and doubler cracked all the way around the 2 bolts.So I have never repaired a hull like this but am good with fiberglass etc. I am going to remove hardware,reglass from inside the hull then maybe fill from outside with some heavy duty epoxy and redrill.Any suggestions or tips guys? also what is a good stinger to get for this little boat that accepts 3/16 instead of all the 4mm mini ones? maybe a sv27 one.........

I thought about drilling it out for a 3/16" bushing.

i did and used a sv27 bushing but it slides around a bit too much.dunno what else to use other than sv strut maybe

Loctite it- use the retaining compound.
