    MR3000 issues

I'm having problems with one of my mr3000's, I can't seem to get it to calibrate correctly with any of my esc's, I have 5 of these rx's and I'm doing the same procedure as I do with them and they work everytime but this one just won't work, I can get it to calibrate and work correctly the inital time but then once I power everything down, I have to recalirate it with the esc, if I just plug the batteries in, instead of the esc counting the battery cells the esc goes into the program mode. Do you think there might be something wrong with the throttle channels on the rx? I've played around for hours and even sent it back to the Hobbyshop I bought it from at my own expense which I think was a waste of money as the guy called to tell me "got it to work, just had to squeeze the trigger to just after plugging the batteries to get it to work"
Could you please help me out and tell me what I should try and do.

    Thanks

You didn't mention which transmitter you are using.

It sounds to me like you have a bad RX, and should return it for an exchange or contact Spektrum for some help. Spektrum support can be reached at:
