Replace teflon liner-BJ26BL

Can anyone tell me how remove & replace the teflon liner on a BJ26BL? Can't tell if you yank it out from one end, or push it out with the new one. Or maybe some other magical solution. Thanks for any help.

Try and grab it with needle nose pliers and pull it out eather end you want, when replacing it you might need to put one end in a vise and stretch the liner then slide it into the stuffing tube, wait a while and the liner will get smaller and tighten up in the tube.
