I like Fluid's idea. I'm gonna write an article explaining all the things that are wrong with a stock Supervee and how to fix them. Oops there goes that big Rio ad that they were going to put in the next issue! Just kidding I read every one and Jay's articles are by far the best. If he is serious about contributing articles I can think of about a dozen people on this site who could help. (Steven, have at it!)

Writing an article for the magazine is not that tough really, I would encourage anyone to try it. If you don't think you have the writing skills, no problem......that's what the editor is for. He'll work with you to end up with a great article. Remember, you get paid for the article.
The biggest problem that most magazines have is obtaining good photos, this is the most critical thing. If you have a good quality digital camera - or a good film one I guess - you can learn to get the photos you need. Or you can ship the boat, parts, whatever to the mag and their staff photographer can get the shots. There is almost always a way to get er done.
Did I mention that you get paid? ......
