im getting a bit confused with all this imperial talk!
Ive got some questions.
I have a 3/16th cable, so does that mean i need a 3/16 teflon tube? or do i need a 1/4 tube? because wouldnt a 3/16 teflon tube not be able to fit a 3/16 flex drive cable into it? or is it measured on the inside diameter?Comment

sanding the flex now and wil se how it works out.

I don't agree with the 7/32nd stuffing tube for an .187 flex shaft. I've run the .187 flex shaft for 15 years with nitro boats and now for nearly 2 years with electric and I have always used the 9/32nd stuffing tube without teflon liners. Just my opinion for what it is worth.Comment

Like D&D, I have been using the 9/32 tubing since about 1982 when I first started racing boats.
Works great and I always keep the flex shaft well greased with a mraine type grease.
Also it is the size that the speedmaster strut bushing slides right into.Comment
