HPR CT04 67" carbon fiber will this boat work with 2 castle 780kv 2028 motors and 2 240HV esc ??? if so how fast would it go this would be on 10S lipo 4 5s pack from Neu

Yes, it should run fine. With a hull that big the run time will not be too long with only 1P per side. You can probably expect ~70mph +/- with the right props. I'm sure you can push harder, but again 1P per side will limit you.
