      can you tell me if you are running for 8 minutes at full speed? its important to have a accurate reading. it will allow us to get an estimate of current draw.

        If you are running the batteries to the point of dumping that would also explain why they are really hot. That should be avoided.

          The problem with your batteries is that you have IBs. lol jk But my experience with IBs is that they seem to heat up more than my GPs and they generally don't last as long. I just ordered some Ener-G 4600s and I hear they are good so I will tell you how I like them when I get them. Also, check your connectors and make sure they are clean and all...what connectors are you running and what gauge wire?
