hk pursuit questions, newb to this hull

I just ran a toy pursuit boat stock trim plus t180 esc and it ran like a stock supervee27...horrible lol,so Im guessing it would be better to move the batteries to the sides of the motor mount and move the esc to the battery tray area to balance better and help lower cog? any help its very flighty on the water sofar...

Mark the CG 10" from the transom, move the esc to the middle like you mention and run the batteris on the sides. Should help a lot. Once you get it running, fun FUN boat.

i would leave the rudder alone it will decrease prop walk, turn fins should be fine try to dail in the outer trim tabs to make the boat dig in alittle more, are you spinning out?
