    Mhz Gecko

Does anyone have this boat? I've seen a lot of videos and in a lot of them the boat self rights itself when it flips over. I have a Pro Boat Mini v now and plan on running a
.98 flex cable, 11.1 volt lipo, Mini hydro hardware ammo brushless motor pretty much like diegoboys except he used a mini cat and I think the mini v will have a stability issue when it hits top speed and then a wake comes along. So Im keeping my options open for the acceptance of poor handling.

    thanks

I have a gecko. I run a golden horizons 4800kv motor on two TP 1320mah 2s packs run parallel for a total of 2640mah. With the batteries, ESC, receiver, and an additional 50gr. weight all on the left side, the boat does self right. I use a 31k
graupner prop. This is a fun setup.

The idea that it self right is great for me. even if I flip it on a wave or something it fixes it self.

The trick is to have enough weight on the left side. The downside is that the boat will always lean to the left.....

So then this is something I can do to my mini v right? But it will just track to the left or right which ever side I choose. I think thats okay at lower speeds but when you start hitting 30+ mph than you run into problems of it being uncontrollable
