I have two HK GT2 radios and a Flysky GT2 that I just got with another boat. They look identical in every way and I have been more than satisifed with the performance of the HK radios. That's just been my experience with them. Others may have had different.

In comparison to the TACTIC, the adjusting controls are under a cover and the settings do not get changed easily as with the Tactic AND you can get 3 of these for the price of one Tactic. BG
I have the FlySky GT-2 and have no clue why a HK which is just rebadged would work any better. Mine has been working just as well as my Futabas or Nomadios. If you loose signal with an FE I believe the ESC just disarmes as a failsafe would do. With the price difference I can afford Killer Bee failsafes for my gas boats which they will end up in sooner or later. Nike gets big money for shoes you can buy alot cheaper. The original Texas instuments calculator was big money, now $9.99 buys a far superior unit. RC tx/rx systems are not rocket science and redily copied. Time will tell but for 2-3 channel needs these have all the bell and whistles I need.

I bought a GT3B transmitter & receiver & love it. Also bought 6 extra receivers and "bined" all of them to the one transmitter. Good for all my cars & boats w/only one transmitter. JIM

HTV, I still have my NOMADIOS also. They are great.
With my nitro and gas I never used the voltage sensor on the Nomadio, just the temp. Hmmm guess that voltage sensor would give real time battery reading on an FE and put the temp sensor on the ESC. May have to try that. They are drying up on EBAY but I have 6 recievers stocked up.
