ICE question

Guys, help me out here. Whats's the prcedure for extracting data from my ICE? Like plug this into that and then this in to which? Seems like it should be simple plug n play but I'm doing something wrong.

I'm doing this from memory but all you need to do is plug the controller into the computer with the Castle Link. Make sure you have the latest Castle Link software. Find the Castle Link Graph Viewer and you should be in business.

It is plug-and-play Terry, but sometimes there are glitches. With the latest CL software loaded on your computer, when you plug the CL into a serial port both little squares in the window should be green. If not check the polarity of the plug on the controller/CL plug. If you disconnected the BEC, you'll have to plug a battery into the controller or the CL won't work. Castle has a 'troubleshooter' in the window if you don't get two green lights.

It could be faulty at the moment. This ICE is injured. I'm working with tech support to try to figure out what went wrong. I was trying to retrieve data from the unit for information purposes. I don't think it's working correctly though.
