Hull and hardware are probably ok, electronics including radio are sub par.
I wouldn't buy from ebay, buy from a reputable seller, since it's a UK add I assume you're there, check out astec hobbies

this is very similar with better stuff, and cheaper! not a bud paint job if thats what you're after, but the paint doesn't make the boat go!
Most people tend to paint their boats, I think it looks funny seeing a bunch of clones ripping around.

Ya they have some good boats on that site, as far as I can tell ok prices for the UK. I think the owner hangs out on this forum as well.
