DSS rx Issue

I just tested the JR SR3000 rx I bought a few weeks ago last night. I got a quick flash from the led when I pluged in the rx pack and nothing after that. I tested a couple rx packs on it and get the same flash then nothing. Anyone else ever had this problem?

mabey the connector in the reciver is messed up...
that normally happends alot with jr radios
