    Setting up dual motors

When setting up dual motors spinning in opposite directions, which wires should I use from the motor to the ESC on the left hand motor assuming the right motor will be hooked up via its normal polarity?

    Wow you confused me!
    What is "normal polarity"?

If this is brushless setup, hook up the 3 esc/motor wires. If it's not spinning in the desired direction, swap any 2 of the 3 esc/motor wires and the direction will change.

Left motor should spin cw, right motor should spin ccw

Sorry for the confusion. I would think normal polarity would be cw, ie; right motor cw, left motor ccw. But your saying that that is opposite of my thought. My concern was if I was to experiment with the connections while the batteries were connected and "live", I would risk frying an ESC while changing the connections to get the rotation correct. Thanks for clearing that up for me. I appeciate your help as I am a bit new to a dual setup!

        - Ignore the word "polarity" thats confusing.
        - Normal motor direction is ccw (single motor applications).
        - In a twin you want the props to rotate towards each other. (Left (port) motor - CW; Right (Starboard) - CCW)
        - NO don't swap the motor connection with the batteries connected, that's a no no....

Hook all the wires up, check direction. if right leave it alone, if wrong dis-connect batteries, swap 2 of the 3 leads and hook power back up. Takes 10 seconds.
