Bill, I have a 29.5" storm that I run on a 9Xl . Fast as a bat out of hell...rough water..not too good.

I did not realize they made it in other lengths. I thought the CyberStorm only came in the 32-inch version. I like mine on the 10XL, very dependable, but I want a bit more out of it, hence the 9XL. I run 4S2P - 5000 - 25C PolyRC packs.

I find mine does fine in fairly choppy waters. I run with lots of BIG gas hydros and cats that churn it up pretty good.

Bill, after viewing your photos, I realised we were not on the same page. I was refering to a Delta hull. My bad eyes and age. My comments on this hull are null and void.

No worries. I got this one specifically because I wanted something different from the usual DF hull. I like the deeper V. Rides very nicely. Everyone who has seen it run comments on how solid it is. I recommend it very highly.
