twin drive mounting. How does this look?

i'm mounting the drives onto my dads apache tonight and i'm wondering if the setup will work. will the props be deep enough? are the struts long enough? so what do you say. Should i screw them on? or not

the mounting places are measured and marked

I personally think they are a bit to close together, it could limit your prop choices in the future if you want to go to a larger diameter. Just my opinion.

Otherwise, they look great :D

i think your right but i want to keep them as far down as possible. i'm just worried about blowout if they are any farther apart and thus higher up

I have a dual outdrive Super Hawaii and the drives ar about 3.5" apart, center to center. It runs in the mid 40's easily and both drives stay in the water, even under hard cornering.

looks good that seems like idea spacing because of the sharp V , the hawaii has a shallower v could be spaced further apart
