Help needed: what do I need?

Hi, I have built a model of a 21' glasply ( 34" long, 10" wide, 7" tall excluding the cabin) out of balsa and I am fiber glassing it now. I have never done anything with rc, but I want to get into it, so I built this boat to power. I would like to put one or two outboards on it. I was thinking a graupner gtx 800 or twin ep1's. I have no idea how to set these up and what I need. If some one could tell me all the things I need, such as controler, reciver, ESC, those kinda things that these to run it would be greatly appreciated. ( the cheapest way possible please)
