OK for a SAWS setup on a small prop, you will burn things up in oval trim. That setup will turn in excess of 40K rpm's.

    All the best,

    Ray

Something on the order of 1400KV motor turning a 45mm prop would put you over 50 on 6S and keep the amps in line.

          All the best,

            Ray is right IMO
            1521 1Y, 1577kv would be my choice I think.

the Neu 1515 1.5Y [1500 kv] is another good choice for [6s] in a 31" Cat...

What about running 5s 11.1v on one side and 7.4v on the other would this work or still to hot?

Tunda keep in mind the voltage rating is nominal(new word lol). So when yo do the math account for a fully charged pack. That 11.1v pack is close to 12.4 I bet.

When i charge my 7.4v lipo its fully charged at 8.4v so it will prolly come out about
20v..... so its prolly still to hot what do you think?

Try a M645 or CF51, but watch your temps! This is the prop I use on my 1515/1Y.. But it is in a 31" H&M Hydro.. I always run on 4S lipo's, speed is around 50+mph in my Hydro..
Nothing like keeping you lipos warm and your prop wet!!
