I finally got rid of the 4s1p I was using in my mm with leopard 4074 2200kv. As many know, heat has been an issue. I feel like sucha dummy, as soon as I switched to two 4s packs parallel my run times doubled to 7 minutes and bullets come back at 110-120 instead of 160-180. Motor bullets 140. Motor 114. Holy cow!!!! What a nice surprise!!! What the gripes was I doing before lol

Seven minute run times, that's amazing. 2p is highly recommended for high amp draw (Ouse them on everything besides spec systems) and you electronics will thank you!

Sweet. I run that motor on a 4s2p setup also.... Great motor, she can pull some serious amps... Glad everything worked out for ya.

I'm a battery new..... oh I'm just a newb, why would a 4s1p give so much higher temps and lower run times than a 2p?

because running two 4s packs instead of two 2s packs gives more mah=runtime, and more discharge. running my 2s packs was making them work as hard as they could. now i have more than enough power so the batteries arent struggling
