OK hear is a better way to set up your boat, take all the gear. Mount the strut and rudder on the back of the boat. also mount the turn fin or tape it to the deck. Then place all the gear you will be running in the boat. Place it kinda ware you want to. Then pick up the boat with your index fingers one on each side for the boat when you have the boat balanced by holding it this way you have found the Center Of Gravity (CG). Now where the CG should be is 1.5 inches from the rear of the front ride pad. Now you can move things around until you have that balance. It is late so I hope I made sense.

"1 short beep then 2 short beeps and so on upto 15 short beeps and then it starts again at 1 short beep."

I really know nothing but the little experience I have with Suppo is that there are either 5 or 6 choices(short beeps) for programming. Per his comment he has 15 short beeps.

I have attached the boat Suppo ESC instructions that I have.

The ESC's I have are 70 amp and are yellow covered but I bought used and do not know if any changes were made.

Also attached are pictures of my used Suppos.

Per Suppo the new ESC's have only 5 choices for programming.

Hopefully randy can help, i can't seem to work out how the turn fin mounts and what the z piece is for. Also the flex cable is 1/8 so do i get a coupler for .130? Thanks.

given the size of the boat i am not sure if i would be better setting the boat up with a 2200 11.1 that is small in size or a 4000 11.1 that is more standard in size.
              thanks.

Hear is how I mount the turn fin.

Yes on the coupler if you have a 5MM motor shaft use a 5MM X.130 flex hex coupler.

This size boat I would use two packs in parallel of 4000mah ratings, It will also help the balance of the boat to have a pack on each side.
