Just killed a brand new paint job!

SPrayed a hull white with enamel a while ago, was shooting some red lacquer on my tunnel hull last night, looked at the white enamel hull and thought it needed a bit of colour!
Ya I completely forgot that I used enamel, the lacquer caused it to crackle! The only boat I have every painted with enamel! I always use either base/clear or lacquer with 2 part clear on top!
Oh well I'll sand it down paint it white again with lacquer and put glitter in the clear, it's this prismatic powder that causes all different colour sparkle reflections. You apply it over any solid colour.
A friend of mine sprayed it over his black truck, it looks really cool.
Just a powder you mix in with the clear when you spray it on.
This will be the third time this hull has been painted!
I also like the colour shifting white, wparsons colour shift boat looks really nice!
Oh well it's an opportunity! Right?
I do need some Arctic White for a telecaster guitar body, so thats probably what the boat will get.
Back in the day Leo Fender used stock automotive lacquer on his guitars.
If my boats upside down then who owns the one I thought I was driving the last two laps?

Tele is being built by me, a mate to my Frankenstrat. These are my personal guitars so they are real player guitars.
This will be my RatRod Tele, modded tele 3 barrel bridge with a gold flat top bigsby, going to have a pair of Filtertrons in it! Chambered mahogany 1 piece body with a maple cap.
The body of this one is a slab of mahogany that was an offcut from the mantle of a stone fireplace I built a few years ago.

I played with this guy for a while, now I have a more traditional hillbilly band just starting out, last Tuesday was the first rehearsal with a new stand up bass player.
Think more along the lines of Oh Brother Where Art Thou sound track.
In between been playing mandolin in a celtic band.
