Heat sinks for esc's are very easy, if you have a blowtorch, or a soldering iron (although that can be a pain in the !@#$!@) Just go somewhere and find a copper/brass/ anything that will solder plate, and a tube in that material (remember : the hose you use must fit over this tube). cut the tube in half, and solder onto the plate, mount this on your esc.

I have a caslte barracuda 125 and would like a water cooling plate for it, I picked up a small one from OSE and the outlets are to tight to the plate, It needs to be thicker with the water outlets tapped higher up on the unit, or it touches the battery posts

Show us a picture...and what are the dimensions of the cooling plate you need? I have one that is 50mm x 50mm x 8.6mm with four water outlets on each side.

the cooling plate needs to be 30mm Length, 25mm wide, and over 5mm thick.
I think 10mm thick would be better, It needs to have the outlets set higher up on the heat sink to clear the wire connections on the esc. the first pic is the bottom of the esc, that's where I would mount the plate, The other two pic's are the top side, you can't mount a plate there becasue of the small board that detaches from the unit, there's no room there.

I bought a small plate from OSE, its 30mm length, 5mm thick, 22mm wide, orange in color on OSE web page, the water inlets on it are center of the plate, but when you put the plate to the esc it hits on the postive and negative terminals.
