    My next crazy idea

    A big Thank you to RiverRat for the free machine work on this project.
    The twin SV struts have been modified to adjust on the fly using the 3rd channel and a servo, much like a rudder.
    The vertical shaft will be trimmed to length, and the pushrod will attach to it.
    The struts are attached only with tape right now for demonstration.

                          Incredibly, there is very little slop in it with just tape holding it down. RiverRat does some great machine work!

                                  To my surprise, this setup fits right on the back of the BJ as well. (RiverRat set it up with some adjusting room) It'll go on the Mach5 Blackjack Project!

                                      Yeah Daddy. Daddy daddy daddy! I dont know what it is with my camera but it may also be the operator. here is a pic of the stuff tube missing and hole glassed from inside and evercoat on bottom. Also a pic of new transom doubler. Finishing touches to be done @ work tomorrow.

                                          I think its a great idea!! Cant wait to see it all up and running! I totally agree that RiverRat does great machine work!
                                          Nothing like keeping you lipos warm and your prop wet!!

                                              always wanted to do that when i got my hi tec 3 channel . looking for something to do with that extra button.can't wait to see it done

                                                          DiegoBoy, GREAT idea, pick a strong servo and attach it WELL!
                                                          I am just a bit concerned about that balsa you are using to double the transom...
                                                          I would think that 1/8 ply would be the minimum, or is it not balsa and the pic is deceiving me?
