    You: Ok I will wait a little longer and if no respond or sollution I will ask one one of our Canadian international Fraud Companies to help me with this becouse it takes too long and you are not helping me......

      Everytime I used the chat function this is the exact generic answer you will get. I feel your pain bro and it's just not right. Even though I have had success in returns both in china and USA that is just not acceptable. I hope you get this resolved.

        That is right.
        I am sure they have some kind of software translating from english to moron and back to us by template as answer just by pushing
        big square buttons.... Cant get any more stupid than that....
        Never mind resolving issues involving decision making or self motivated drive to actually do something to help whats called CUSTOMER

                It is funny becouse I never had any issues with them on all my battery orders and never had any battery quality issue yet....
                I will get lipos from them, maybe cheep ESC like their turnigy 120 but no single items this price from now on....
                At least if one will go bad I will not cry me the river.....
