Silicone Conformal Spray is what the Aerospace industry and Military uses to water proof the CCA's (Ciruit Card Assemblies) in their electronics. There are several brands and grades depending on what "mil-spec" is required. I use the MG Chemicals version after hearing that its what Castle uses on the ESC's. Its decent stuff. Not saying its the best or only stuff to use. Lots of folks are happy with corrosion x. The reason I didnt go with corrosion x is because the early version actualy delaminated PC boards. the current version does not. Heres the link to what I use. http://www.mgchemicals.com/products/422a.html

I use corrosion X on my receivers with good results. Nice insurance policy against the stray drop or cup of water.

I use conformal spray on RX's and ESC's it has saved me from replacing components several times. Here is the link ...

Techspray is a leading manufacturer of chemical products and soldering tools for the electronic, plant, and equipment maintenance industry. Products include degreasers, contact cleaners, flux removers, dusters, conformal coating, solder mask, desoldering wick, soldering tips and shear cutters. Find answers, safety data sheets, and product specs here.

The nice thing about this spray is that it has a tracer so it can be checked with a black light.
