well if you have an inkjet printer, 'testors' markets decal paper w/ transparent background... I would suggest that you try printing your proposed decal on plain paper 1st just to make sure it looks right.Still waiting for my boat to come in.it came in

There's a site online www.decalcity.com (I think) that lets you design your own decals and then they produce them and ship to you!
Never used them but did try out some of their online tools! Pretty interesting & not expensive!!!!We did it with a Bang!
