Looking for a second boat. I currently have a BJ26 and enjoy it. I like the geico but want to get opinions from other people. I drive boats for pleasure not racing. What do yall think would make a good second boat?

Is your pond choppy water or always pretty smooth?
If choppy, monos are a lot of fun and you have a million options for these.
If smooth and you want all out speed, there's the hydro route...
If you have a "fun" boat for sport running already, might want to consider making your second boat a racer and find a club.

Out of my whole fleet, my favorite overall basher is my Pursuit. Nice "in-between" size at 32", decent hull quality, and turns on a dime............as well as handles chop very well. You can upgrade it in the motor ESC department and get a 50 mph boat out of it easily, mine runs high 40's on 4s and i threw 5s in it once for kicks and hit 59!
Kintec has one already fitted with the same upgrade i have, Leopard 4074 and T180 esc................ or you can get the Hull/hardware and throw your own power choice in it.
Here's my 5s run!
NEED PARALLEL CONNECTORS?? QUALITY 5.5MM, 8MM, 8 AND 10 AWG, GET THEM HERE:http://forums.offshoreelectrics.com/...est!&highlight=

My mg is awsome its a nice upgrade of a bj but only 4inches bigger. They turn a lot better and handle rougher water than a blackjack if you want speed and something you can drive in most waters check out a genesis sweet looking boat and they fly with the right setup.miss gieco cc 1518 62.1mph [/COLOR][/B] Delta Force 33" cc 1717Comment

Nothing like a rigger for all out speed! I get excited running mine alone, even more fun with a couple to race against!
My only boats that I come in with shaky hands after a good run!If my boats upside down then who owns the one I thought I was driving the last two laps?Comment
